Change of use from residential and office to a sui generis mixed use as HQ and training facilities for Bath Rugby Club; engineering works to form a rugby pitch. Approved. 2010/1045 Farleigh House, Farleigh Hungerford BA2 7RW. Introduction of new openings in the chapel building. Approved. 2010/1130 Gaugers, Bath Road, NSP BA2 7LW. Ground floor extension incorporating garage with internal and external alterations to the existing property. Approved. 2010/1395 Springleaze Farm Shop NSPBA2 7NG. Non-material amendment to permission 112148/009: canopy, doors and windows, car park levels and omit lake. Refused: amendments are considered to be material and to warrant full consideration. |
